Common use of Notice of Elections Clause in Contracts

Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (or, in the case of Borrowings in Foreign Currencies, in writing) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and, in the case of requests by telephone, shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.

Notice of Elections. Each such e-mail Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and, in the case of requests by telephone, and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery delivery, telecopy or telecopy e-mail to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the applicable Borrower.

Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and, in the case of requests by telephone, and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery delivery, facsimile or telecopy electronic communication to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower., substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and, in the case of requests by telephone, and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrowerapplicable Borrower or the Company.

Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and, in the case of requests by telephone, and shall be confirmed promptly (but no later than the close of business on the date of such request) by hand delivery or telecopy in writing to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Parent Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (or, in the case of Borrowings in Foreign Currencies, in writing) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Parent Borrower were requesting a Syndicated Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and, in the case of requests by telephone, and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery delivery, facsimile or telecopy e-mail (in .pdf or .tif format) to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Parent Borrower.

Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Company (on behalf of itself or the relevant Borrower) or the relevant Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (or, in the case of Borrowings in Foreign Currencies, in writing) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the such Borrower were requesting a Revolving Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and, in the case of requests by telephone, and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy facsimile to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Company (on behalf of itself or the relevant Borrower) or the relevant Borrower.
