Common use of Notice of Elections Clause in Contracts

Notice of Elections. Each such election pursuant to this Section shall be made upon the Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent. Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

Notice of Elections. Each such election pursuant to this Section shall be made upon the Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent. Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the such Borrower, or may be given by telephone e-mail to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic e-mail notice) and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section SECTION 2.03 if the such Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

Notice of Elections. Each such election pursuant to this Section 2.07 shall be made upon the Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent. Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) Borrower and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Request Notice would be required under Section 2.03 2.02 (it being agreed that references to “the date of the requested Borrowing” shall be references to “the first date of the relevant Interest Period”) if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Parent Borrower, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Parent Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

Notice of Elections. Each such election pursuant to this Section 2.23 shall be made upon the Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent. Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) Borrower and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Request Funding Notice would be required under Section 2.03 2.02(c) if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Authorized Officer of the Borrower, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) Borrower and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Notice of Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 2.4 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the BorrowerBorrowers, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election three (3) Business Days prior to be made on the effective date of such election.

Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Parent Borrower, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent Lender (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) and must be received by the Administrative Agent Lender not later than the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Parent Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer an Authorized Representative of the Borrower, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) Borrower and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Revolving Advance Request Form would be required under Section 2.03 2.5 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing Revolving Advance of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, or may be given by telephone by a Responsible Officer to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 2.3 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.
