Notice of Environmental Complaint or Condition. Promptly provide to the Agent true, accurate and complete copies of any and all notices, complaints, orders, directives, claims or citations received by any Borrower, any Guarantor or any Subsidiary relating to any (a) violation or alleged violation by any Borrower, any Guarantor or any Subsidiary of any applicable Environmental Law; (b) release or threatened release by any Borrower, any Guarantor or any Subsidiary, or by any Person handling, transporting or disposing of any Hazardous Material on behalf of any Borrower, any Guarantor or any Subsidiary, or at any facility or property owned or leased or operated by any Borrower, any Guarantor or any Subsidiary, of any Hazardous Material, except where occurring legally pursuant to a permit or license; or (c) liability or alleged liability of any Borrower, any Guarantor or any Subsidiary for the costs of cleaning up, removing, remediating or responding to a release of Hazardous Materials;
