Notice of Environmental Complaint. If Tenant shall receive any notice of: (1) the happening of any material event involving the spill, release, leak, seepage, discharge or cleanup of any Hazardous Waste at the Premises or in connection with Tenant's operations thereon; or (2) any complaint, order, citation or material notice with regard to air emissions, water discharges or any other environmental, health or safety matter affecting Tenant (an "Environmental Complaint") from any person or entity, then Tenant immediately shall notify Landlord orally and in writing of said notice.
