Notice of Environmental Defects; Remedies. (a) If Buyer discovers any Environmental Defect, then Buyer may (but shall have no obligation to) deliver to Seller, prior to the Defect Deadline, an Environmental Notice with respect to such Environmental Defect. Buyer shall be deemed to have waived, and Seller shall have no liability for, any Environmental Defect for which Seller has not received an Environmental Notice on or before the Defect Deadline.
