Notice of Environmental Law Violations. Promptly notify the Administrative Agent (and the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender) of the receipt of any notice of an action, suit, or proceeding before any court or governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, pending against the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company relating to any alleged violation of any Environmental Law which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
