Notice of Event of Default to Equityholders. If an Event of Default of which the Trustee has been provided written notice or has actual knowledge shall have occurred and be continuing, the Trustee shall deliver written notice to each Equityholder, in accordance with the notice information provided in the Pledge and Security Agreement to which such Equityholder is party, of the occurrence and continuance of such Event of Default promptly and in any event within five Business Days of the Trustee so becoming aware of such Event of Default; provided, that the Trustee shall not be deemed to have any fiduciary duty to any Equityholder by reason of this Section 6.19, and the Trustee shall not be liable to any Equityholder for any failure to comply with this Section 6.19.
