Notice of Events of Default and Rapid Amortization Period. Immediately, but in no event more than one Business Day upon becoming aware of the existence of any condition or event which constitutes a Default or an Event of Default or a Servicer Event of Default or triggers a Rapid Amortization Period, the Issuer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee a written notice describing its nature and period of existence and what action the Issuer is taking or proposes to take with respect thereto.
