Notice of Events of Default and Rapid Amortization Period. The Indenture Trustee shall promptly (but in any event within three Business Days) notify the Issuer, the Servicer, the Rating Agency and the Noteholders upon a Responsible Officer obtaining actual knowledge of any event which constitutes an Event of Default or a Servicer Event of Default, or would trigger a Rapid Amortization Period or would constitute an Event of Default or a Servicer Event of Default but for the requirement that notice be given or time elapse or both, provided, further, that this Section 7.02 shall not limit the obligations of the Indenture Trustee to provide notices expressly required by this Indenture.
