Common use of Notice of Events of Servicer Default Clause in Contracts

Notice of Events of Servicer Default. Upon any notice of an Event of Servicer Default or upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article XIV, the Owner Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholder at the address appearing in the Certificate Register, to the Insurer and to the Indenture Trustee for further notice thereof to the Noteholders.
