Common use of Notice of Exercise of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Notice of Exercise of Warrants. All or any of the Warrants are exercisable by the Holder by delivering to the Warrant Agent on or after the Initial Exercise Date and on or before the Expiration Date (i) at the Corporate Agency Office (A) a written notice of such Holder’s election to exercise Warrants, duly executed by such Holder (which, in the case of Warrants evidenced by a Warrant Certificate, shall be in the form set forth on the reverse of, or attached to, such Warrant Certificate and in the case of Warrants not evidenced by a Warrant Certificate, a notice containing substantially the same information required by such form), which notice shall specify the number of Warrants to be exercised by such Holder and (B) any Warrant Certificate evidencing such Warrants.
