Common use of Notice of Expiration Date Clause in Contracts

Notice of Expiration Date. The Issuer shall give to each Holder notice of the Expiration Date. Such notice may be given by the Issuer not less than 30 days but not more than 60 days prior to the Expiration Date; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that if the Issuer fails to give timely notice, the Expiration Date will be extended to the date which is 30 days after the day on which such notice is given.
