Common use of Notice of Expiration Clause in Contracts

Notice of Expiration. The Company shall give written notice to the Warrantholders specifically advising them of the Expiration Date and of their right to exercise the Warrants not more than one hundred eighty (180) days and not less than ninety (90) days before the Expiration Date. If such written notice is not so given, the Expiration Date shall automatically be extended until ninety (90) days after the date that the Company gives the Warrantholders such written notice.
