Common use of Notice of Fundamental Change Clause in Contracts

Notice of Fundamental Change. Within 30 calendar days after the occurrence of a Fundamental Change, the Company shall mail the Fundamental Change Notice by first-class mail to the Trustee, the Co-Trustee and each Holder of Securities at its address shown in the Security Register (and to beneficial owners as required by applicable law). The Fundamental Change Notice shall include a form of Fundamental Change purchase notice (the "Fundamental Change Purchase Notice") to be completed by the Holder and shall state:
