Common use of Notice of Fundamental Change Clause in Contracts

Notice of Fundamental Change. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered in accordance with the last paragraph of this Section 5.01(b), notices of the occurrence of a Fundamental Change and of the purchase rights arising as a result thereof (each, a “Company Notice”) to the Holders at their addresses shown in the Security Register maintained by the Security Registrar, and to the Trustee and the Paying Agent, on or before the 20th calendar day after the occurrence of the Fundamental Change (each such date of delivery, a “Company Notice Date”). Each Company Notice shall include a form of Fundamental Change Purchase Notice to be completed by a Holder and shall state:
