Notice of Hazardous Substances. The Tenant will advise the Landlord forthwith after becoming aware of any release of any Hazardous Substances on the Premises or any other part of the Complex or any adjacent property and will provide the Landlord with all information, notices, reports and other documents it has regarding such release and the remediation steps being undertaken by the Tenant with respect to the release or as may reasonably be required by the Landlord of the Tenant.
