Notice of Holders. Any and all notices to be given and any documents to be sent to any Holders may be given or sent to the address of such Holder shown on the register of Holders of Exchangeable Shares in any manner permitted by the Exchangeable Share Provisions and shall be deemed to be received (if given or sent in such manner) at the time specified in such Exchangeable Share Provisions, the provisions of which the Exchangeable Share Provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis to notices or documents as aforesaid sent to such Holders.
