Notice of Incipient Default or Event of Default. Promptly upon becoming aware of the existence of any condition or event which constitutes an Incipient Default or an Event of Default or of any event which would cause any representation or warranty to be incorrect or materially misleading if made at that time, a written notice specifying the nature and period of existence thereof and what action the Borrower is taking or proposes to take with respect thereto.
