Notice of Indenture Events of Default. If an Indenture Event of Default occurs and is continuing and if written notice of the existence thereof has been delivered to a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee or a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee has actual knowledge thereof, the Indenture Trustee shall mail to the Rating Agencies and each Noteholder notice of the Indenture Event of Default within five (5) Business Days after such knowledge or notice occurs.
