If, during the License Term, either Party learns of any actual, alleged or threatened infringement by a Third Party of any Licensed Patent Rights in the Licensed Field under this Agreement, such Party shall promptly notify the other Party and shall, to the extent it may lawfully do so, provide such other Party with available evidence of such infringement.
