Notice of Infringements. In the event that either party becomes aware of any unauthorized use of the Licensed Marks or the Licensed Domain Names, or of any uses of confusingly or substantially similar trademarks, service marks, trade names or domain names, on or in connection with the marketing, advertising or provision of similar goods or services in the Territory (each, an "Unauthorized Use"), such party shall promptly provide the other with written notice thereof.
