NOTICE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. Members shall use all reasonable efforts to inform Authorized Users in writing of the importance of respecting the intellectual property rights in the Licensed Materials and of the sanctions that each Member imposes for failing to respect such rights. Immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use or other breaches of this License Agreement, Licensee and/or the Member shall inform Licensor in writing and take all reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence.
