NOTICE OF INTENT TO RELINQUISH PREMISES. In the event AIRLINE desires to relinquish any of its Premises, AIRLINE shall provide written notice to MAC thirty (30) days in advance of such relinquishment and shall identify in such notice all areas it wishes to relinquish. MAC shall make its best efforts to lease such areas to another Airline, to the extent the proposed relinquished Premises is suitable for another Airline.
