Common use of Notice of Interest Deferral Clause in Contracts

Notice of Interest Deferral. The Issuer will notify the Holders of Notes, the Trustee and, if required by the rules of any stock exchange on which the Notes are listed from time to time, such stock exchange, of any determination by the Issuer not to pay all or part of the Interest Amount which would otherwise fall due on an Interest Payment Date with respect to the Notes not more than 30 Business Days and not less than five Business Days prior to the relevant Interest Payment Date.
