Notice of Interest Payment Dates and Regular Record Dates. To the extent then known, on the first Business Day of March, June, September and December of each year, the Trustee will deliver to the Issuer and DTC a written list of record dates and interest payment dates that will occur with respect to Floating Rate Book-Entry Notes during the six-month period beginning on such first Business Day.
