Common use of Notice of Invention Clause in Contracts

Notice of Invention. You agree to promptly and fully inform the Company of all your Work Product, whether or not patentable, throughout the course of your involvement, in any capacity, with the Company, whether or not developed before or after your execution of this Agreement. On your ceasing to be employed by the Company for any reason whatsoever, you will immediately deliver up to the Company all of your Work Product. You further agree that all of your Work Product shall at all times be the Confidential Information of the Company.
