Notice of Inventory Disposition. Any notice required to be given by Purchaser of a sale, lease, other disposition of the Inventory or any other intended action by Purchaser, deposited in the United States Mail, certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and duly addressed to Seller, at the address set forth in the Agreement, five (5) days prior to such proposed action, shall constitute commercially reasonable and fair notice thereof to Seller.
