Notice of Likely Defaults. No Insurance Company has received any written, or to the knowledge of the Borrower, the Parent or any of their respective Subsidiaries, oral information that would cause it to believe that the financial condition of any other party to any Insurance Contract or Reinsurance Contract is so impaired as to be reasonably likely to result in a default by such party under such contract which could reasonably be expected to cause a Material Adverse Change.
