Notice of Loss, Requisition or Damage. In the event of actual loss of the Vessel or any casualty, accident or damage to the Vessel involving or estimated in good faith to involve an amount in excess of $250,000, the Mortgagor will forthwith give written notice thereof (containing full particulars) to the Mortgagee.
