Notice of Lower-Tier Subcontract Solicitation and Award. Seller shall provide the Buyer with prior written notice of the prospective award of all subcontracts placed by Seller under this Purchase Order that are expected to equal or exceed $500,000 or 50% of the value of this Purchase Order, whichever is lesser. Seller shall also notify Buyer in writing and request approval to proceed if the total of all subcontracts awarded under this purchase order exceeds, or is expected to exceed, 70% of the total expected value of this purchase order. Refer also to clause 3.008.a, 252.215-7004, Excessive Pass-Through Charge, that has additional requirements.
