Common use of Notice of Mandatory Prepayment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Mandatory Prepayment. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, at the time of each prepayment required under this Section 2.7(b), (i) a certificate signed by a Financial Officer of the Borrower setting forth in reasonable detail the calculation of the amount of such prepayment and (ii) to the extent practicable, at least three Business Days’ prior written notice of such prepayment. Each notice of prepayment shall specify the prepayment date, the Type of each Loan being prepaid and the principal amount of each Loan (or portion thereof) to be prepaid.

Notice of Mandatory Prepayment. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, at the time of Agent with respect to each prepayment required under this Section 2.7(b) a notice of prepayment at least three Business Days prior to the date on which the Borrower is required to make such prepayment (the “Required Prepayment Date”), (i) together with a certificate signed by a Financial Officer of the Borrower setting forth in reasonable detail the calculation of the amount of such prepayment and (ii) to the extent practicable, at least three Business Days’ prior written notice of such prepayment. Each notice of prepayment shall specify the prepayment date, the Class and Type of each Loan being prepaid and the principal amount of each Loan (or portion thereof) to be prepaid.
