Notice of Mandatory Prepayments. The Borrowers shall notify the Agent in writing of any mandatory prepayment under Section 2.2(d) (other than Section 2.2(d)(i)) two (2) Business Days prior to the prepayment date. Upon receipt of such notice, the Agent shall promptly notify the Lenders in writing of such prepayment.
