Common use of NOTICE OF MATERIAL ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF MATERIAL ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION. Each insurance policy to be maintained under this Section 12 shall provide that no cancellation or lapse of coverage for nonpayment of premium or otherwise, and no substantial change of coverage which adversely affects Lessor or any other Insured Party shall be effective as to Lessor or any other Insured Party until not less than thirty (30) days (seven (7) days in the case of war risk policies) after issuance to Lessor or such other Insured Party (as the case may be) of written notice from the insurers of such cancellation, lapse or change.
