Notice of Material Change or Cancellation. Each policy of insurance required under Section 12.1 shall contain an endorsement requiring the insurers to notify the Landlord in writing, by registered mail, at least sixty (60) days prior to any cancellation of the insurance coverage. The Tenant shall additionally use its commercially reasonable efforts to have included in each policy of insurance required under Section 12.1 an endorsement requiring the insurers to notify the Landlord in writing, by registered mail, at least sixty (60) days prior to any material change in the policy that restricts or reduces the insurance coverage.
