Notice of Maturing Acceptances. The applicable Canadian Borrower shall give the Canadian Agent, before 12:00 noon (Toronto time) on the second Business Day before the maturity of any Acceptances, a notice of repayment or Borrowing Request requesting a Conversion or Rollover in respect of such Acceptances in order to permit each Canadian Tranche Lender to organize its internal funding requirements to fund the payment of the face amount of such Acceptances to the respective holders thereof upon or following maturity.
