Notice of Meetings of Members. Written or printed notice stating the place, day and hour of the meeting shall be delivered not fewer than 2 days before the date of the meeting, either personally or by any written method by which it is reasonable to expect that the Members would receive such notice not later than the business day prior to the date of the meeting, to each holder of Voting Units (with a copy to the Secretary of the Company), by or at the direction of the Member(s) calling the meeting or the Board, as the case may be. Such notice may, but need not, specify the purpose or purposes of such meeting and may, but need not, limit the business to be conducted at such meeting to such purpose(s).
