Notice of Meetings of Members. Written or printed notice stating the place, day and hour of any meeting of the Members and, in the case of special meetings, the purpose or purposes for which such meeting is called, shall be delivered not less than ten nor more than 60 days before the date of the meeting, either personally or by mail, by or at the direction of the Managers or the Members calling such meeting, to each Member of record entitled to vote at such meeting. Such notice shall be deemed to be delivered as provided in Section 11.03.
