Common use of Notice of Meetings of Members Clause in Contracts

Notice of Meetings of Members. Written notice of every meeting of the Members shall be given to each Member of record entitled to vote at the meeting at least five (5) days prior to the day named for the meeting. If the Managers neglect or refuse to give notice of a meeting, the person or persons calling the meeting may do so.
