Notice of New Agreement. You must notify us of your intention to execute a new franchise agreement for our then-current additional term by giving us written notice not less than six (6) or more than twelve (12) months before the expiration of the existing franchise agreement. If you fail to notify us within the time specified in this paragraph, this Agreement will expire automatically without further notice or the opportunity to sign a new Agreement on the expiration date found on the Signature Page.
