Notice of Non-Compliance and Malpractice Actions. PROVIDER shall notify XXXXX immediately, in writing, should PROVIDER be in violation of any portion of this Section V. Additionally, PROVIDER shall advise XXXXX of each malpractice claim filed against PROVIDER and each settlement or other disposition of a malpractice claim entered into by PROVIDER within fifteen (15) days following said filing, settlement or other disposition.
