Common use of Notice of Optional Prepayment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Optional Prepayment. The Company shall give the holder of each Note of a Series irrevocable written notice of any prepayment pursuant to paragraph 4C not less than 5 Business Days prior to the prepayment date, specifying such prepayment date, the aggregate principal amount of the Notes of such Series to be prepaid on such date, the principal amount of the Notes of such Series held by such holder to be prepaid on such date and that such prepayment is to be made pursuant to paragraph 4C. Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Amount, if any, with respect thereto, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.

The Company shall give the holder of each Note series of a Series Notes to be prepaid pursuant to paragraph 4B irrevocable written notice of any such prepayment pursuant to paragraph 4C not less than 5 10 Business Days prior to the prepayment datedate (which shall be a Business Day), specifying such prepayment date, date and the aggregate principal amount of each series of Notes, and the Notes of held by such Series holder, to be prepaid on such date, the principal amount of the Notes of such Series held by such holder to be prepaid on such date and stating that such prepayment is to be made pursuant to paragraph 4C. 4B. Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect thereto, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.

Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect thereto, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.

Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Amountpremium, if any, with respect theretoherein provided, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.

Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect theretoherein provided, shall become due and payable on such prepayment datedate and, as to principal, applied to required payments thereon in the inverse order of maturity.

Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect theretoherein provided, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.

Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect theretoherein provided, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.

Notice of Optional Prepayment. (a) The Company Corporation shall give the holder of each Note of a Series irrevocable written notice of any prepayment pursuant to paragraph 4C 4B or paragraph 11Q not less than 5 15 nor more than 30 Business Days prior to the prepayment date, specifying such prepayment date, the aggregate principal amount of the Notes of such Series to date (which shall be prepaid on such date, a Business Day) and the principal amount of the Notes, and of the Notes of such Series held by such holder holder, to be prepaid on such date and stating that such prepayment is to be made pursuant to paragraph 4C. 4B(a) or (b), or paragraph 11Q, as applicable. Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect thereto, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.

The Electronic or the Company (as applicable) shall give the holder of each Note of a Series to be prepaid pursuant to paragraph 4B irrevocable written notice of any such prepayment pursuant to paragraph 4C not less than 5 10 Business Days prior to the prepayment date, specifying such prepayment date, the aggregate principal amount of the Notes of such Series to be prepaid on such date, the principal amount of the Notes of such Series held by such holder to be prepaid on such that date and that such prepayment is to be made pursuant to paragraph 4C. 4B. Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Make Whole Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect theretoherein provided, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.
