Common use of Notice of Optional Redemption or Tax Redemption Clause in Contracts

Notice of Optional Redemption or Tax Redemption. (a) In case the Company exercises its Optional Redemption right to redeem the Notes pursuant to Section 16.01 or its Tax Redemption right to redeem the Notes pursuant to Section 18.17(b)(i), it shall fix a date for redemption (each, a “Redemption Date”) and it shall deliver or cause to be delivered a notice (a “Notice of Redemption”) of such Optional Redemption or Tax Redemption, as the case may be, not less than 30 nor more than 60 calendar days prior to the Redemption Date to the Trustee, the Paying Agent (if other than the Trustee) and each Holder of Notes. The Redemption Date must be a Business Day.
