In the event that the Recipient is required by court order or other legislative, judicial, or administrative process to disclose Confidential Information, the Recipient shall provide the Discloser with prompt notice of the order or process. The Recipient agrees and acknowledges that any use and/or disclosure of the Confidential Information not specifically authorized or permitted by this Article may cause irreparable damage to the Discloser for which monetary damages would not provide adequate relief.
