  • Payment on non-Business Day If any payment by the Borrower under a Finance Document would otherwise fall due on a day which is not a Business Day:

  • Payment on Demand All amounts subject to indemnity under this Clause 12 shall be paid by the Indemnifying Party as and when they are incurred within ten Business Days of a written notice demanding payment being given to such Indemnifying Party by or on behalf of the relevant Indemnified Party.

  • Delay of Payment when Payment Date is Not a Business Day If the due date for a payment on a Note as provided in this Indenture is not a Business Day, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Indenture or the Notes, such payment may be made on the immediately following Business Day and no interest will accrue on such payment as a result of the related delay.   • Manner and Time of Payment All payments by Company of principal, interest, fees and other Obligations hereunder and under the Notes shall be made in Dollars in same day funds, without defense, setoff or counterclaim, free of any restriction or condition, and delivered to Administrative Agent not later than 12:00 Noon (New York City time) on the date due at the Funding and Payment Office for the account of Lenders; funds received by Administrative Agent after that time on such due date shall be deemed to have been paid by Company on the next succeeding Business Day. Company hereby authorizes Administrative Agent to charge its accounts with Administrative Agent in order to cause timely payment to be made to Administrative Agent of all principal, interest, fees and expenses due hereunder (subject to sufficient funds being available in its accounts for that purpose).

  • Date of Payment Should the principal of or interest on the Notes become due and payable on other than a Business Day, the maturity thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day and in the case of principal, interest shall be payable thereon at the rate per annum specified in the Notes during such extension.

  • Payment on Settlement Date On contractual settlement date, the account of the Fund will be charged for all purchased Investments settling on that day, regardless of whether or not delivery is made. Likewise, on contractual settlement date, proceeds from the sale of Investments settling that day will be credited to the account of Fund, irrespective of delivery. Exceptions to contractual settlement on purchases and sales, that will continue to settle delivery versus payment, include real estate, venture capital, international trades, open-ended mutual funds, non standard depository settlements and in-kind trades.
