Notice of Potential Claims. In addition to any other obligation on the Access Holder under this Agreement, the Access Holder must: (a) notify Aurizon Network as soon as practicable after the making of any Claim under any insurance policy required by this Agreement; (b) notify Aurizon Network of the Claim in reasonable detail; and (c) keep Aurizon Network informed of subsequent developments concerning any Claim, to the extent that such Claim is in connection with this Agreement.
