Notice of Potential Claims. In addition to any other obligation on the End User pursuant to this Agreement, the End User must notify Aurizon Network as soon as practicable after the occurrence of any claim under any insurance policy required by this Agreement, notify Aurizon Network of that event in reasonable detail and thereafter keep Aurizon Network informed of subsequent developments concerning any claim.
