Notice of Potential Claims. The Supplier must, as soon as practicable, notify XL in writing of the occurrence of any event that may give rise to a claim related to this agreement under any policy of insurance effected or maintained under this agreement period. The Supplier must keep XL informed of all subsequent action and developments concerning the claim.
