Notice of prepayment; reduction of repayment instalments. 4.5.1 No prepayment may be effected under clause 42 unless the Borrowers shall have given the Agent at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of their intention to make such prepayment. Every notice of prepayment shall be effective only on actual receipt by the Agent, shall be irrevocable, shall specify the Tranche and the amount thereof to be prepaid and shall oblige the Borrowers to make such prepayment on the date specified. 4.5.2 Any amount prepaid pursuant to clause 4.2 in respect of a Tranche shall be applied in reducing the repayment instalments (including the relevant Balloon Instalment) of the relevant Tranche under clause 4.1, proportionately. 4.5.3 Any amounts prepaid pursuant to clause 4.3.3(b) shall be applied, first, in full prepayment of the Tranche relevant to the Ship lost or sold and, secondly, in reducing the repayment instalments (including the relevant Balloon Instalments) of the other Trenches under clause 4.1.1 proportionately (and proportionately as between such other Trenches). 4.5.4 Any amount prepaid pursuant to clause 4.3.3(c) shall be applied in reducing such Trenches, and in such manner, as the Banks may require in their absolute discretion. 4.5.5 Any amount prepaid pursuant to clause 8.2.1(a) shall be applied in prepayment of all Trenches proportionately as between them and in reduction of the repayment instalments (including the Balloon Instalments) of each Tranche under clause 4.1.1 in inverse order of their due dates for payment. 4.5.6 The Borrowers may not prepay the Loan or any part thereof save as expressly provided in this Agreement. No amount prepaid under this Agreement may be re-borrowed.

Every notice of prepayment shall be effective only on actual receipt by the Agent, shall be irrevocable, shall specify the Tranche Advance and the amount thereof to be prepaid and shall oblige the Borrowers to make such prepayment on the date specified. 4.5.2 Any amount prepaid pursuant to clause 4.2 in respect of a Tranche an Advance shall be applied in reducing the repayment instalments of the relevant Advance (including including, where applicable, the relevant Balloon Instalment) of the relevant Tranche under clause 4.14.1 whether in chronological or in inverse order of their due dates of payment, or proportionately, at the Borrowers’ option. 4.5.3 Any amounts prepaid pursuant to clause 4.3.3(b) shall be applied, first, in full prepayment of the Tranche relevant to the Ship lost or sold and, secondly, in reducing the repayment instalments (including the relevant Balloon Instalments) of the other Trenches under clause 4.1.1 proportionately (and proportionately as between such other Trenches). 4.5.4 Any amount prepaid pursuant to clause 4.3.3(c4.3.2(b) shall be applied in reducing such Trenches, and in such manner, as the Banks may require in their absolute discretion. 4.5.5 Any amount prepaid pursuant to or clause 8.2.1(a) shall be applied in prepayment of all Trenches Advances proportionately as between them and in reduction of the repayment instalments of each Advance (including the relevant Balloon Instalments) of each Tranche under clause 4.1.1 in inverse order of their due dates for of payment. 4.5.6 4.5.4 The Borrowers may not prepay the Loan or any part thereof save as expressly provided in this Agreement. . 4.5.5 No amount prepaid under this Agreement may be re-borrowed.

No amount prepaid under this Agreement may be re-borrowed.
