Notice of Prepayment to Holders. In order to effect any ------------------------------- prepayment set forth in Section 6.02(a) hereof, the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt notice by first class mail of prepayment to each Holder. Any notice of prepayment given by the Owner Trustee shall be irrevocable except (x) as provided in Section 6.02(c) or (y) in the case of a notice given pursuant to Section 6.02(a)(vi), which notice may be revoked by the Owner Trustee at any time on or before the third Business Day preceding the Prepayment Date by prompt notice to the Holders. All notices of prepayment shall state: (1) the Prepayment Date, (2) the applicable basis for determining the Prepayment Price, (3) that on the Prepayment Date, subject to the provisions hereof, the Prepayment Price will become due and payable and interest on the Equipment Notes shall cease to accrue on and after such Prepayment Date, and (4) the place or places where such Equipment Notes are to be surrendered for payment.
