Common use of Notice of Prepayment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Prepayment. The Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent irrevocable written notice of prepayment of (i) a Base Rate Loan or Swing Loan by no later than 11:00 A.M. (Eastern time) on the Business Day on which such prepayment is to be made, and (ii) a Eurocurrency Loan by no later than 1:00 P.M. (Eastern time) three Business Days before the Business Day on which such prepayment is to be made.

Notice of Prepayment. The Administrative Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent irrevocable written (i) notice of prepayment of (i) a Base Rate Loan or Swing Loan by no later than 11:00 A.M. 1:00 P.M. (Eastern time) on the Business Day on which such prepayment is to be made, made and (ii) written notice of prepayment of a Eurocurrency LIBOR Fixed Rate Loan by no later than 1:00 P.M. (Eastern time) three Business Days before the Business Day on which such prepayment is to be made.
